  • Yes! I have immediate availability for individuals and couples.

  • In order to tailor an approach that is unique to you and your needs, I utilize a combination of trauma-informed interventions and theories like Emotional-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, and Feminist Theory. When I work with couples, I utilize counseling interventions from the Gottman Method and Emotional-Focused Therapy.

  • I charge $150 for 50-minute individual and couples counseling sessions and $200 for 90-minute initial couples counseling sessions. Pricing for Mental Health Evaluations varies - please feel free to reach out to get a quote.

  • For clients in North Carolina, I am in-network for Cigna, Aetna, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield. For clients in Missouri, I am unfortunately an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans. However, I am happy to provide monthly superbills that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

  • Yes! Babies up to 18 months old are absolutely welcome. We’ll chat about how to make sure you’re still getting the most out of our sessions with your little one present.

  • I provide in-person counseling at Carolinas Center for Evaluation and Treatment (18145 W. Catawba, Ave., Cornelius, NC 28031). I also provide virtual therapy for clients in North Carolina and Missouri.
